I’m a first-generation American and the daughter of parents who survived the Cambodian genocide and Khmer Rouge Regime. Their courage and perseverance became the blueprint for how I lead and live.
From running a successful orthodontic practice to writing Roots of Resilience, my journey has been about translating the lessons of my heritage into universal principles of leadership, resilience, and purpose.
My approach is grounded in faith and gratitude. I believe that resilience isn’t about avoiding challenges—it’s about showing up consistently, using our God-given strengths, and trusting that even small acts of courage can create ripple effects of change.
Resilience grows when we:
Lead with faith, not fear
Choose gratitude over frustration
Embrace our unique strengths as superpowers
Serve others with empathy and integrity
Through intentional action, we can turn adversity into opportunity and inspire those around us to do the same.
All proceeds from Roots of Resilience are donated to organizations that embody courage, compassion, and hope. These causes are close to my heart and reflect the values that shaped my journey.
Leadership is about influence, and the truest form of influence is serving others with intention, love, and gratitude.
